MEET OUR TEACHERS:

Tasha Bertram   TASHA BERTRAM MRBSoc.   CLASSICAL BALLET & CHARACTER    

Tasha is a senior teacher and examiner at the Russian Ballet Society. After graduating from her professional training at the Legat School, Tasha went directly to Italy to join La Compangnia Balletto Classico where she danced with Liliana Cosi and Marinel Stefanescu. Within moths she became on e of the company’s youngest soloists dancing major roles in Don Quixote, Raymond and Sleeping Beauty. She then  returned to the UK to join the London City Ballet, under the direction of Harold King. It was here where she continued her career as senior soloist for a further decade.

Tasha went on to lead a steady career as an actress, producer and songwriter, before returning to classical ballet as a teacher. She has worked freelance teaching at Central School of Ballet, Masters of Ballet and Danceworks International Ballet Academy. Her guest teaching has taken her to Italy, Japan, Thailand and China where she trains young dancers for worldwide competitions. She is also one of the judges of the Danzainfiera Expression Competition. Her teaching is based on the Legat system, focusing on a precise technique from which the artistry of the dancer can then be expressed through the body. A prerequisite for any young dancer. Tasha is delighted to have been invited to join such a prestigious team of teachers on this collaborative summer course.

  EKATARINA DALSKAYA        REPERTOIRE
Professional dancer and classical dance teacher at Ukrainian Academy of Milan. At the age of 10 she entered the Saratov State Ballet Academy. After 8 years of study she graduates with honors as a professional dancer and immediately began to work as a soloist at the Saratov Opera and Ballet Theater. In 1991 she entered the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow where she worked with great maitres such as Grigorovich, Bessmertnova, Lavrovskiy and Kondratieva. She also worked on “Imperia Russian 3allet” with Maya Plisetzkaya and Alexey Ratmanskiy. In 1998 she graduated with honors as a teacher /choreographer at the Bolshoi Academy in Moscow studying classical dance with teacher Kuznetzova, for pas de deux with Gdanov, for Character Dance with Farmanianz and for Historical Dance with Voronina . She later attended refresher courses in the Vaganova method at the Bolshoi Academy in Moscow and at the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet ARB in St. Petersburg. She worked as a classical ballet teacher at the Krasnogorsk State Ballet Academy, at the Moscow University of Culture and Arts and at the ballet school “Young Ballet of Moscow”. She was also allet-master of Russian Ballet” and at the “Theater of Classical Ballet” in Moscow. She is artistic director of the International Dance Festival “Young Ballet of Europe” in Yaroslavl. As a dancer she has performed the main solo roles of classical ballet Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Nutcracker. Bavadere. Sleeping Beauty.

    ENZA BRACCIALE         CLASSICAL BALLET

Doctor in Foreign Languages and Literatures. Enza’s artistic training was at the Ariston Theater School in Lecce, directed by Ingrid Ebert. She attended specialisation and refresher courses with nationally and internationally renowned masters such as: Diana Ferrara, Radu Ciuca, Bruno Telloli, Flavio Bennati, Carmen Panader, Alba Buonandi, Nathalie Crassovska, Sansha Stanno and Eunice Bartell. Subsequently she graduated professional ballet dancer with the Russian Ballet Society in London founded by Nicolaeva Legat and currently directed by Mrs Deborah Adamou. She then obtained a diploma enabling her to teach classical dance as a Senior Teacher according to the Russian Legat Method. Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of the Syllabus of the exams, the Steering Committee of the Russian Ballet Society has decided to appoint Professor Enza Braccio as representative of the Russian Ballet Society and referent of the Syllabus for Southern Italy. Currently Enza is President of the Russian Ballet Society Italy at the behest of the Board of the parent company, Trustee of the English Board and member of the Technical and Educational Committee. She has the task of monitoring the technical and didactic work carried out in all the schools of the South Italia member of the Russian Ballet Society, to train teachers for the achievement of teaching qualification certifications, and to represent Italy in international artistic contexts. Since 1982 he has directed the Dancing Center Lime Lights in Otranto, a branch accredited by the Russian Ballet Society for the teaching and dissemination of the Legat method of classical dance in Italy. In the last five years he has taught classical dance at the Damus of Lecce and has held the position of ARTISTIC DIRECTOR of THE RUSSIAN BALLET SOCIETY ITALIA LECCE since September 2018.

      GIORGIO AZZONE           CONTEMPORARY

Dancer and Choreographer graduated from the London Contemporary Dance School in Contemporary Dance. In 2011 he began his professional career at the Ballet Junior de Geneve where he had the opportunity to dance creations by renowned choreographers on the contemporary scene including Hofesh Shecter, Alexander Ekman, Wayne Mcgregor, Patrick Delcroix. From 2012 to 2013 he was a dancer and assistant choreographer of the RBR Dance Company.
From 2014 he began his professional career as a freelance dancer, choreographer and teacher. He is the resident choreographer and rehearsal director of the Jas Art Ballet Company directed by the first dancers of the Teatro alla Scala Sabrina Brazzo and Andrea Volpintesta. In 2018 he is a choreographer subsidized by MiBact for his production “The Blue Hour”.
Giorgio Azzone is a resident and guest lecturer in various national and international realities.
He is currently professor of Contemporary Technique at DanceHaus-Accademia Susanna Beltrami, Centro Studi Carcano. He is also a teacher of Classical Technique for contemporary dancers at the Civica Paolo Grassi.

     DANIELE ZIGLIOLI      CONTEMPORARY

Independent contemporary dance teacher/choreographer.
Daniele was born in Cremona where he studied piano and singing, he moved to Milan to study classical dance at the Ambrosiano Academy directed by Maestro Walter Venditti; later he studied Contemporary and Modern dance in New York, Los Angeles, Vienna and Paris.
Former solo dancer for Spellbound Contemporary Ballet and assistant to Mauro Astolfi, in 2000 he worked alongside the Balletto di Toscana company as a dancer on the occasion of “Toscana 2000” Vittoria Ottolenghi production and in 2008 alongside the étoile Luciana Savignano and Maestro Giorgio Albertazzi. In 2007 he received the Danzare per la vita prize awarded by Unicef for the contribution made to Italian dance.
June 2014 he is a guest as choreographer and dancer at the Fresh Festival in Braunschweig in Germany with the show She’ehayah, artistic direction Jan Push.
In 2015 he is choreographer at the Venice Biennale for the “Moving the City” project where he signs the choreographies within the Choreographic Collision project, Ismael Ivo artistic direction.
In 2019 he created XL Beginning, a training course for young dancers in collaboration with XL Art Container Reggio Emilia. Dancer for the Company of Susanna Beltrami.
He is the artistic director and founder of Zed K kontemporaryline, a contemporary dance project company and of the training course for contemporary dancers Theaterbox.
He has achieved recognition as a choreographer by winning the most prestigious national choreography competitions and is a judge in various competitions and dance sport competitions. F.I.D.S
In Milan he was a permanent teacher of contemporary dance for DanceHaus Susanna Beltrami, Centro Studi Coreografici Carcano, Milano City Ballet and M.A.S.
He holds professional and academic training courses including: Ater Balletto, Balletto di Toscana, B.A.C Formazione Alessandro Grillo and Marta Romagna former Principal Dancers at the Teatro alla Scala, Opus Ballet, D.A.W Dance At Work Eugenio Buratti, MP3project Michele Pogliani, I.A.L.S Rome, ODA Sabrina Scatizzi Training, Xl Training Reggio Emilia, Anna Pagano Dance Projects, Summer Dance Event Livorno, Trentino summer dance, Dance among the Sirens with the students of the School at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Monopoli Dance Meeting and in some centres in Europe – Paris, Bordeaux and Zurich.

      SERENA FOSSENOVA         FLOOR WORK

Serena has been attending the two-year contemporary course at the National Academy of Dance in Rome since 2018, which she will conclude with her degree in March. In 2013 she attended the professional school for dancers of the I.D.A. Ballet Academy, obtaining her diploma, modern and contemporary address in 2015. In these years she takes Claudia Bosco, her mentor, as a reference, assisting her assiduously. She studied in Paris with Corinne Lanselle, in Madrid with Iker Carrera, Fernando Lazaro and Anuska Alonso. She performs at the Alighieri theater in Ravenna with Se il tempo fosse un gambero 2014 choreography by Carla Rizzu and in Rome with I colori della natural 2015 show and choreography by Claudia Bosco. With Carla Rizzu you study floor work and release, as well as with Vittoria De Ferrari Sapetto, German Jauregui. With Ohad Naharin (2017) you have the opportunity to approach and experience the Gaga language on your own body. With Carla Rizzu’s Compagnia Nervitesi you participate in the productions Ultima Madre 2017 and Lisoladiplastica 2018/2019. She worked for the production Impronte 2017/2019 by choreographer Isabel Comacho Cuesta, staged in Italy and Germany.
In 2019 she studied with Nina Watt, one of the few Master Teachers authorized to reconstruct choreographies from the repertoire of José Limón and danced a piece taken from “Missa Brevis” from 1958 at the Teatro Grande of the National Academy of Dance. In 2020 she danced in “KA” opera-concert by composer Admir Shkurtaj.

        DIMITRI PORRECA      HIP HOP

Dimitr began his artistic training in Porto Recanati MC at the Centro Danza Spettacolo 9 Muse where he takes his first steps as a dancer and then as a teacher, to then become a resident teacher for many years until 2020, where he will also undertake training courses with Henry In fact, Link, Mister Byron, Tony Flower have embraced the Hip-Hop Culture since he was very young, but also feel the need to focus the study of his own movement also through the study of contemporary and Modern Jazz to broaden his horizons and abandon himself to the search for “OWN MOVEMENT”. He also deepens his study at Dance Works  in London where he studied choreographic repertoires with musical: The Lion King, Cats, Wicked and Chicago. Over the years he has been confronted with the choreographic world by participating and winning national and international competitions. In 2020 he moved to MILAN where he embarked on the training course of the MODULO URBAN DANCE ACCADEMY, one of the most prestigious academies in Milan where he studied with big names in the Urban, Hip Hop, and Contemporary sphere Artistic Directors Laccio, Shake. In July 2021 Participates in MODULO DAY at ORSOLINA28, takes part in the corps de ballet of the opening of the EURO2020 European Football Championships at the Olympic Stadium in Rome, dancer for XFACTOR 2021 ITALY, XF2022, Dancer of the official corps de ballet of Euroviosion2022, Dancer for MiKA Yo video clips – Yo, Dancer for the opening ceremony of the “FIFA WORLD CUP” QATAR 2022, Dancer for RAI TV programs like Cattelan on Rai 2 tonight. To date he lives in Milan and teaches Hip Hop and Contemporary in Milan where he is fully dedicated to the creation and implementation of the new project “ARTEM MILANO” and is looking for a new artistic language.
